Here at JDC Lifestyle, we're all about making sure you're stoked with your purchase. We've crafted two ripper return policies for you to choose from. Whether you're rocking on of our shirts, hoodies or hats, we've got your back. Check 'em out below:
Return Policy 1: The No-Worries Return
Eligibility:
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. No hard feeling.
Conditions:
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all the tags intact - we've all been there with buyer's remorse, haven't we?
Process:
- Give us a shout via email - admin@jdclifestyle.com.au - we love hearing from our mates.
- We'll sort you out with a return label, and you just need to send the item back to us.
- Once received, we'll process your refund with 5 business days. Quick as a flash!
Note:
You'll need to cover the return postage, but hey, think of it as a little investment in keeping Aussie businesses alive!
Return Policy 2: Swap & Save
Eligibility:
Change your mind about the colour or size? No worries, mate! Swap it out within 60 days of purchase.
Conditions:
The gear needs to be in its original state - clean, unworn, and ready for a new home.
Process:
- Shoot us an email - admin@jdclifestyle.com.au
- We'll send you a return label, and you pop the item back to us.
- Once we've got it, we'll send out your new item.
Note:
You're responsible for returning postage, but we'll cover the cost of sending the new item your way.
